I'm making some new washboards to take to my boat in Greece. Can anyone tell me the width of the channel they slot into at the top of the companionway. I know the boards I'm replacing are 14mm thick. However, I'm replacing Perspex with marine ply which is 18mm thick and I need to know of they will fit. Mike
