Warranty Repairs

I have a 393 (2003) based in Barcelona, previously in France, and have found it imposible to get warranty work done. Dickies seem to get absolutely no action from their locally based people. I have two doors sticking badly (one from new and reported on handover), the door to the fwd heads has to be slammed hard to make it shut. Also there are 'blisters' in the gel in the floor in the fwd heads which require grinding out and re-gelling. Can anyone recommend a reliable repairer who will carryout and waranty the work done? Last year I experienced a broken forestay as a direct result of the incompetence of Dickies rep out in Spain. The damage to the furling, and correcting the size of the genoa ran out at £1500 which I would not have recovered if I had not held back payment of other equipment. Beneteau have not provided any support to Dickies, despite having full details of the damage, sail serial number and length etc. Neither have provided any compensation for the loss of 3 days hols, trauma etc. It would now appear that the Furling is tight again, and the Forestay looks to have more twist than it should have, leading me to think it will snap again. Can anyone recommend an engineer/rigger who can inspect it an check it?  I think it's a superb boat, but marred by these niggly problems. Dickies have suggested I get the work done and they will meet the costs. Chatting to a 423 owner Ancasta are just as disinterested in the snagging/warranty work. Any suggestions anyone?
