Volvo 2020 seawater pump

I have just noticed a small leak from the back of the seawater pump.

During 2003 there were numerous letters in Yachting Monthly about this problem and the ridiculous prices charged by Volvo for new parts.

Has anyone else with a 2020 had this problem on a Beneteau?

How critical is it in terms of doing something immediately?

Also is it easy to fix/replace by a competent DIYer?
