Hello all
I have just joined the BOA forum. I have had a 311 Oceanis for about 6 years and have had to purchase various spare parts from time to time. These things have always taken months to arrive; I'm told by my local agent that this is the standard poor service from Beneteau. I just wondered if everyone has this frustrating experience with spares or whether the problem lies with my local agent?
