OCEANIS 423 - Anchor ROCNA & DELTA

I am looking to change my anchor on my Beneteau Oceanis 423. I am interested in the ROCNA or DELTA & was wondering if anyone has done the same? If so can you recommend if they fit straight onto the existing bow roller or if any modification will be required? Any views on the effectiveness of either type of anchor will also be welcome. Thanks.
