on my 10 year old sailing yacht jeanneau 40 DS I have an electric windlass of which the clutch is slipping. I have tried to remove the drum so I could check out and possibly replace the clutch which might be worn down.
However , I had to stop my attempt in removing the rope drum with a pulley puller due to fear of breaking the drum.
What am i doing wrong ?
Could anyone help me out on how to remove that drum please.
Infact , could anyone also tell me what model this is because I cannot find that informating in my boot's manual nor on the internet.
I've been emailing around the world so far
