Hi chaps. The time has come to lavish a little TLC on my 351. I have been searching for replacement deck hatches. Lewmar no longer supply a hatch to drop straight in. Can somebody tell me what sort of marketing master stroke designing new hatches is with completely different sizes to the last range?????
Anyhow. I was fortunate enough to stumble across sunbird yachts who were able to sell me the very last (larger sized) hatch from the benny factory. It was a great price too and looks a million bucks! Now at least I can fit this and send the better of the old ones away for refurb without leaving a gaping hole for the gulls to poop in to!
Try as I might I cannot source replacements for the smaller type in the aft cabins.
Has anyone else managed to achieve this and if so how please?
