First 305 Lower rudder bearing

Hi,
I'm in the process of replacing the lower rudder bearing on my 1987 first 305 and I was wondering if anyone out there has the dimensions of the bearing. I'd like to have one made for me locally, Dealer wants 350 pounds for what looks like a simple top hat shapped piece of non porus nylon.
