I have a 311 and have just changed the fresh water coolant in the engine, a Volvo 2020. Unfortunately the hot water now does not work. There is no coolant flowing thru to the calorifier and I assume this is because there is an air lock caused by draining out the old coolant. I have not been able to get rid of it. There is a drain cock on one of the pipes leading to the calorifier deliberately set at the top of the calorifier unit. I am not sure if this can be used to help bleeding air out of the pipes. Any advice?
