My 411 has had stiff steering from day one. Has anyone else had this problem? The whole system has been stripped down and the cause seems to be the top plastic bearing. Plastic being hygroscopic absorbs water and swells - thus binding on the shaft. I have eased the bearing with emery paper - but this takes very little material off. Anybody have any ideas on a good way to machine out the bearing?
