I am heading to Turkey in August and need to establish the 'tonnage' of my 1997 built 36cc as there are complicated booking procedures on vessels over 10 tonnes.
The Beneteau manual states a displacement of 16000 kg in the French version and 6000kg in the English. A search on the web reveals various displacements varying from 5500kg to over 7000.
The original'certificat de conformite' mentions 13.9 tonneaux
I would be grateful if any one can advise what the 'tonnage' actualy is of a 36cc and how best to present 'official'evidence.
Also, whilst I am on the forum, does any one know the model number of the jabsco toilet fitted to similar boats?
