Genoa and windlass for my oceanis 323

My fist 6 months of ownership has brought 2 things to light.
I need a windlass; going to check out availability at the boat show however would welcome advice on make and model beforehand
also
weather helm is a problem and I suspect under canvassed at the bow. Where do I get a genoa, probable cost and will I need the rigging checked / adjusted first?
